Hawkesbury-Nepean River water quality data

Dear Sydney Catchment Authority,
Could you please provide me with water quality data for the Hawkesbury-Nepean River, for the period of 2010 - to March 2015, collected by the Sydney Catchment Authority. Could you please provide the data in a spreadsheet format like CSV.
If this data is already available in a format like this, I'd really appreciate a link to it. If not, could you please treat this as an information request.
The existence of the data is referenced in the Hawkesbury-Nepean River Environmental Monitoring Program Final Technical Report:
"The majority of water quality and hydrology data for the Hawkesbury-Nepean River were provided to DECC by SCA and Sydney Water in January 2007. ." - page 8,

Sorry, I was unclear. I actually meant to say 'the site codes for all the monitoring sites in NSW', rather than just the ones on the Hawkesbury-Nepean River.
