Great Seal of the United Kingdom role in Queensland after Australia Act 1986
Dear Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney-General,
Good evening, I seek written confirmation and verification of the Public Court Record comments between His Honour, High Court of Australia Brisbane 1999/2000 Moeliker v Chapman and Mr Logan SC in a case regarding the validity of Australian Taxation Office, failure to have been Gazetted at its commencement.
The Court Transcript, clearly states on the Public Record issues involving NO GAZETTE to establish LEGAL STANDING of the ATO & Tax Commissioner as the HCA Court records state in 1986 the Office of Governor of Queensland was RECONSTITUTED under the Great Seal of the United Kingdom by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and thus conflicts with Acts, Legislation, Bills, Ordinances etc that PURPORT to be lawful and are enforced with Financial Penalties, loss of privilages to travel due lost points on Corporation issued Contract Drivers Licence and for some people who received jail, or effected by Family Law, Social Security or Child Support as the purported laws bear the incorrect seal of Queen of Australia.
Can you please identify relevant sections of Crimes Act 1914 (Cth), Qld Crimes Act 1899 or other relevant laws, in regards to the use of the wrong Seal in passing legislation in Qld.
