I refer to your request for a copy of a document referred to in the Australian Public Service Commission's disclosure log.

In PDF form, the document you have requested in 19MB. Could you please indicate whether you happy (or able) to receive such a large file by email? If not, we could post you the file on a CD or post a printed copy of the document. Please provide a postal address if you wish to receive the file/document by post.

Alternatively, the Canberra Times has published an electronic copy of the document on its website:

It appears the Canberra Times used the 'Scribd' service to publish the document. A direct link to the document would appear to be:

I am not familiar with the Scribd service, but it appears you can download the document directly from that site.
