Dear Mr Faulkner,

I refer to your Freedom of Information application dated and received by
the Department for Correctional Services (the Department) on 5 December
2022, seeking access to:

I am requesting all documents on a GODFREY, Travis.

I also refer to correspondence dated 7 December 2022, requesting you to
pay the application fee or submit a financial hardship claim form.

As you have not responded to that letter by the requested date, or
provided the requested information, your application is considered invalid
under the Freedom of Information Act 1991 (the Act). I am therefore
