Dear NSW Police Force,

I am writing to request access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

I seek access to the following documents held by the NSW Police Force:

* All documents, reports, memos, emails, and internal communications related to the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of benchmarks and quotas for NSW Police officers.

* Documents detailing performance metrics, targets, or benchmarks that NSW Police officers are required to meet, including but not limited to quotas for fines, arrests, or other law enforcement activities.

* Any internal guidelines, policies, or directives issued to NSW Police officers or departments concerning the adherence to or enforcement of benchmarks and quotas.

* Any assessments, reviews, or evaluations conducted regarding the impact of benchmarks and quotas on police practices and community interactions.

This request covers any documents created or modified within the last five years. I seek access to these documents to better comprehend the operational directives and performance expectations placed upon NSW Police officers by the Police Commissioner.

If any of the requested documents are available in electronic format, I would prefer to receive them in that format. Should there be any fees associated with this request, please inform me of the cost before processing.

If you require any further information or clarification regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact me at [email address].

Thank you for your time and assistance in processing this request.

Yours sincerely,

Deborah-May
