Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,
I making a request under the Freedom of Information Act for the following information
Any documents, reports, templates, matrixs, calculators, decisons, communications (written and or recorded by electronic device) the Agency uses, accesses or has in posession that defines the term "exhausted" in Operational Guidlines 11.1 Does the NDIA fund family members to provide supports?
This requested relates to the word "exhausted" as a definition within the National Disability Insurance Agency own operational guidlines.

Scope of your request

Processing timeframes
A 30-day statutory period for processing your request commenced from 23
November 2023 in accordance with section 15(2A)(c) of the FOI Act.
Therefore, the due date for your request was 22 December 2023. I note this
time has lapsed and as a result your request is taken to be a deemed
refusal under section 15AC of the FOI Act. I have only recently been
allocated your matter and I advise that I am happy to continue to process

Dear FOI,
Thank your your updated email. I would state that currently the department is still in breach of its statutory obligations to respond.
In relation to the mater of staff names and contact details - of course we respect need for privacy, however you shall NOT remove any title, branch, location, team and position that an authored document, email, case note, briefing and or guidelines that pertains to the FOI.
The documents should also not be changed other than removal of said title, first name, middle names, and last names along with email addresses and phone numbers.
