Freedom of Information Logs - FOI Request
Dear Special Broadcasting Service Corporation,
I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for a complete copy of the departments' Freedom of Information (FOI) logs for the period 2013-2023, including any secondary departments controlled by the agency.
I request that this is provided as a document and not a simple redirect to the agency website as I am of the view that your online disclosure logs do not actively reflect your FOI requests that you have received in this period.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this information in an electronic format, such as a PDF or spreadsheet, if possible.
If there are any fees associated with fulfilling this request, please let me know in advance so that I can consider my options.

I refer to your request for documents under the Freedom of Information Act
1982 (FOI Act).
I am writing to advise receipt of your request. SBS will notify you of its
decision within the timeframes set by the FOI Act, that is, within 30 days
from the date SBS received your request (which was 7 May 2023), subject to
any relevant extension of time provisions (which we would notify to you if
necessary).

1982 (FOI Act)
In response to your request, please see enclosed letter and associated
attachments.
While a disclosure log does not contain all documents that have been the
subject of an FOI application (in circumstances such as where no document
exists, applications or documents are subject to exemptions, or documents
are released administratively outside of the FOI scheme), we note your
assertion that online disclosure logs do not actively reflect FOI requests
received in the relevant period. As such, we will review our disclosure
log.
