Dear Australian Human Rights Commission,

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for a complete copy of the departments' Freedom of Information (FOI) logs for the period 2013-2023, including any secondary departments controlled by the agency.

I request that this is provided as a document and not a simple redirect to the agency website as I am of the view that your online disclosure logs do not actively reflect your FOI requests that you have received in this period.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this information in an electronic format, such as a PDF or spreadsheet, if possible.

If there are any fees associated with fulfilling this request, please let me know in advance so that I can consider my options.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

Watson Norwood

Graeme Edgerton, Australian Human Rights Commission

Dear Mr Norwood,

The Australian Human Rights Commission's current disclosure log is available on its website here: https://humanrights.gov.au/our-work/lega.... At present, this contains details of FOI requests since 30 June 2019 that are required to be published.

Archived copies of the Commission's website, including archived copies of the FOI disclosure log for the full period of your request, are available from Trove, maintained by the National Library of Australia here: https://webarchive.nla.gov.au/collection.

For example, a snapshot of the disclosure log on Commission's website as it stood on 21 September 2020 is here: https://webarchive.nla.gov.au/awa/202009.... This webpage contains details of all FOI requests from 2013 to 10 March 2020 that were required to be published.

Together the links above contain all of the items on the Commission's FOI disclosure log for the period 2013-2023.

It appears from your email that you may have sent similar requests to other agencies. All other agencies should also have their websites archived on Trove.

We have processed your request administratively so that you can receive a faster and more efficient response. Could you please confirm that you don't require a formal FOI decision in relation to this request.

Kind regards,

Graeme Edgerton
