Your request relates to information which would be subject to third party
consultation and access to this type of information is typically dealt
with under the NSW Government Information Public Access Act (GIPA) rather
than being informally released. A formal GIPA application allows for the
processing Agency to seek views of third parties under section 54 of that
Act which also sets out public interest considerations for release of
information.
While you are encouraged to apply for this information under the GIPA Act
it should be noted that a GIPA application will not necessarily guarantee
