Act).
I have consulted the relevant business unit and seek to clarify your scope
to enable the directorate to process your request. Could you please
provide further details of the type of complaint your request seeks access
to?
Additionally, please be advised that per Schedule 1 section 1.1A of the
Act, information held by a court or tribunal is not for release unless it
is administrative in nature.

(1) Information in the possession of a court or tribunal unless the
information is administrative in nature.
(2) In this section:
court includes—
(a) a registry or other office of a court or tribunal; and
(b) the staff of the registry or office.

To clarify the scope, it would be complaints filed to the ACT Supreme Court for the years 2021 to October 2023. I am interested in complaints of which the judges' names, nature of complaint, and any associated outcomes are available.
