FOI REQUEST - ADF Joint Command Hierarchical Structure / Organisation Chart
Dear Defence FOI,
I am requesting an organizational and visual chart and which shows the Joint Service badges of the different Joint Commands are located and who Command and Control (C2) they fall under within and across the ADF.
For example, I would like to know where the 1st Joint Movements Unit (1 JMU - https://militaryshop.com.au/products/1st... falls under the command and control of.
Also, who is responsible for the ADF Military Law Centre, where does it fall under with regards to C2 and who do they report to. Same goes for the Defece Force School of Languages (DFSL), where and who is command of their
This should also include the Defence Police Training Centre, or Defence Force School of Policing and other Joint Training establishments, who do they belong to and where do they fit within the ADF Joint Hierarchy.
Same goes for the Joint Military Police Unit (JMPU - https://fairdinkums-store.com/beta/produ...), who is their C2, and where to they fit in within the Chain of Command within the hierarchy of the ADF.
Alternatively Defence FOI could persuade Defence to update the ADF Website (defence.gov.au) to provide a visual representation of the current hierarchical structure within the ADF with all associated joint units, with associated page links to each Joint Unit, so have their own dedicated page with a basic description of their role, capability and background history with what they provide to Defence and defending Australia and it's interests.
I look forward to Defence FOI providing this soon,
Yours faithfully,
Fred
