Dear Department of Health,

My previous FOI request, "FOI request 25-0019 LD" - the documents you provided were incomplete, that is there were missing pages from the PDF. The PDF you released jumps from "Page 34 of 260" then the next page is "Page 47 of 260"
and again, jumps from "Page 54 of 260" then the next page is "Page 143 of 260"

As per my email from 16 January

It looks like some of the pages you state are meant to be included in the released documents have not been included in the PDF

According to Attachment A - Schedule of Documents - the total pages released should be 5 + 260 + 6, for a total of 271 pages, but the PDF you've attached has a total of 164 pages.

Document seems to be where the pages are missing -
Pages 35 - 46, document 2, appear missing
Pages 55 - 142, document 2, appear missing

Would you please check the PDF and advise if pages are missing, and if so, whether that is because you have considered them exempt (and therefore under which section of the act are they exempt)
