I am writing to request an internal review of Administrative Appeals Tribunal's handling of my FOI request 'FOI Delegations - 2016'.
Thank you for partly releasing the document, however I note that signatures of public servants performing in their official capacity are not considered by the OAIC to be exempt from release (refer to ‘JN’ and Commonwealth Ombudsman [2016] AICmr 62 for the most recent decision).
