FOI Delegations - 2016
Dear Australian Bureau of Statistics,
Can I please have a copy of the current FOI Delegations, and any related directions issued in respect of FOI.

Dear Australian Bureau of Statistics,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Bureau of Statistics's handling of my FOI request 'FOI Delegations - 2016'.
The decision maker has not considered any of the points at 11B in her decision, and therefore has not fulfilled her obligations under the Freedom of Information Act.
I also note that the Freedom of Information Guidelines relevantly state:
6.140 Where public servants’ personal information is included in a document because of their usual duties or responsibilities, it would not be unreasonable to disclose unless special circumstances existed. This is because the information would reveal only that the public servant was performing their public duties. Such information may often also be publicly available, such as on an agency website.
If it assists the ABS, I am happy to revise my request to exclude the direct contact details of ABS employees.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/f...
Yours faithfully,
Ben Fairless

statutory period for review commenced from that date.
You will be notified of the outcome of this review in line with statutory
time frames.
