Can I please have a copy of the current FOI Delegations, and any related directions issued in respect of FOI.
I believe this information could be considered "operational information" so I therefore request release under the IPS, or under Administrative Access.

Thank you for your request for a copy of the current FOI Delegations, and
any related directions issued in respect of FOI.
I am advised by our legal team that the Australian Sports Foundation is
not a Prescribed Authority and therefore does not come under the FOI Act.
The Information Publication Scheme (IPS) and Administrative Access apply
to Government agencies that are subject to the FOI Act, so these also do
not apply to the Foundation.
