In response to your e-mail below, your request will be processed administratively and you will receive a response by 02 Dec 16.

We note you have also e-mailed the Defence Science and Technology Organisation and Defence Intelligence Organisation (DIO) requesting FOI information. Both these organisations come under the umbrella of Defence therefore you will receive a response which will cover all of Defence.

For your future reference, Section 7(2A) advises that DIO, along with other like organisations, is exempt from the operations of the FOI Act.
