Resending our acknowledgment email from 5 November, which was sent to your
other right to know email address.

 

The ABC acknowledges receipt of your email request attached, sent on
Tuesday 26 October 2021 seeking under the Freedom of Information Act
(Cth) 1982 (the FOI Act):

               

The "external Review report" referred to at paragraph 65 of the FWO
enforceable undertaking that was produced in accordance with the
undertaking to provide a systems and processes review.

 

The ABC must make a decision about your FOI application by Thursday 25
November 2021, subject to any suspension of the processing period or
extension of time, such as if processing charges apply or if consultation
with third parties is required. We will advise you of any applicable
charges and / or third-party consultation.

Dear Nathan

 

The ABC is required to consult with third parties under section 27 of the
Freedom of Information Act  (Cth) 1982. As such, the time for processing
this request is extended by 30 days under section 15(6) of the FOI Act.

 

Our decision is now due on Wednesday 29 December 2021.
