I refer to your below request seeking access under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 to the following:

“a comprehension list that shows all schools in WA that have undergone a
review (ERG).”

The Commonwealth Department of Education and Training does not hold
records relating to schools in WA that have undergone a review by the
Expert Review Group. As such, I have been advised that the department does
not hold any records within the scope of your FOI request.

I suggest that you contact the Western Australian Department of Education,
as they may be able to assist you to obtain the document requested.

Requests can be made to the WA Department of Education under the WA
Freedom of Information Act 1992.

In light of this, could you please confirm by COB Friday 2 March 2018 that
you wish to withdraw your application under the Freedom of Information Act
