Exemption on building permit for verandah( already built )
Dear Wyndham City Council,
If a verandah had been built many years ago with out permit and sold, should the new owner ( buyer ) obtain the permit after that on knowing the real status ?
What are the exemptions for the verandah in this instance as it is no way the fault of buyer ? As the home sale process does not have any step to verify with council for the building permit, How can the victim ( buyer ) can be safeguarded by this exploitation ?
