We refer to your informal GIPA request seeking access to Council records.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the Government
Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (the GIPA Act) and the Government
Information (Public Access) Regulations 2018 (the GIPA Regulations).
Apologies for the delay in responding to your request, Council has been

Your informal request for access is extremely broad and requires searches
of large volumes of information to provide answers to your request. At
this stage Council is able to provide the following:
· Most recent Food Activity Report (please find same attached)
However, the remaining information sought will require a Formal Access
Application in accordance with section 41 of the GIPA Act.
Please find attached a formal GIPA application form and a credit card
authorisation form (should you require it), however you can also lodge it
online through Councils website, follow [1]this link and select the,
‘Apply for Formal Release Application’ button on the right hand side of
the page, then just follow the prompts. This option also allows for easy
payment of the lodgement fee. You will also be able to upload documents if
so needed.
