Dear Mr Loffler,
I refer to your email of 18 July 2024 to the Department of Water and
Environmental Regulation (DWER) which was forwarded to our office from
DWER’s Reception relating to the following questions:
“I am seeking copies of EP Act licensees issued to MINERVA FOODS AUSTRALIA
PTY LTD and Subsidiaries for the operation of the Great Easter and Shark
Lake abattoirs.”
Under the licence and works approvals search field I searched for the
words ‘Minerva Foods Australia Pty Ltd’ and produced the following
publicly available results:
[1]https://www.der.wa.gov.au/component/k2/i...
You can download all the files in a pdf format from the above Licence and
Works Approvals link.
Notwithstanding the above, if you wish to proceed, you will need to submit
an FOI application which can be downloaded from the following link:
APPLICATION FORM

The direct link for making a DWER payment is:
[3]https://www.wa.gov.au/service/financial-...
Please include the BPoint receipt number on the application form
(discussed above) on page 2, Part 5 (Payment and Lodgement), and email it
to [4][email address].
Please note that until the FOI application form and payment is received ,
the DWER is unable to process your FOI application described above.
Accordingly, your request is considered invalid and progression of same
cannot be undertaken.
This enquiry will remain open until close of business Tuesday, 23 July
2024, and if it does not meet the section 12 legislative requirements,
your application will be considered invalid, and your enquiry will be
closed.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact me.
Yours sincerely
Andrew Meiklejohn
