Engadine Maccas
Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,
Scott Morrison appeared today on the alleged entertainment show "Kyle & Jackie-o" to "Clear Up one thing". That the thoughts of himself farding and shidding in his pants at the engadine maccas in 1997 has been hauntedly living rent free in his head, to the public knowledge at least since 2019.
I request, under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, all documents (yes, all types you have access to) relating to "engadine maccas" and "engadine mcdonalds" that the PMO has access to.
Yours faithfully,
Posty
Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

Dear anonymous member of dpmc,
My “pmo” statement at the bottom of an email was a typo.
You see, ordinary Australians like me don’t really keep tabs on how many different offices the pm has. I thought there was one.
Please process this request as originally requested minus the pmo typo.
I will make another, separate request to the pmo.
Could you please advise the foi email of the “pmo” office?
Yours sincerely,
Posty
Dear Anon dpmc,
Also, don’t try to change my deadline as if it’s a new request, you’re already overdue. I addressed it to you and you didn’t even clarify with me what I wanted if there was confusion as the foi act states.
Yours sincerely,
Posty

Johnny,
Jonno,
Mate,
listen up.
I'm requesting an internal review - further to support my claim:
My request is a valid request, and I am requesting simply any official documents that the DPMC may have that features the words "engadine mcdonalds" or "engadine maccas".
For all I know as example, there may be copious complaints forwarded from the Minister for Water, Property and Housing having to deal with severe blockages in the engadine mcdonalds region in 1997 post the sharks game. I wouldn't know, because you wouldn't confirm or deny their existence.
If you don't have any documents that feature this, just say you don't have them. I'm not after party political documents or any of that claptrap. As you know the FOI act states that my reasons for requesting material are irrelevant. Be a good public servant and be frank and fearless and bloody learn to use your outlook and file search functions.
You either have the documents, or you don't. Don't try this on.
Believe me, I don't want this to have to drag on any longer than you do, get on with it.
Also i found the pmc email, even though you didn't actually answer me, thanks for nothing.
Yours sincerely,
Posty

Dear Posty
Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, there is no internal right of review over the decision of a Minister.
You only have the right of external review to the Information Commissioner and this request is already the subject of a review to the Information Commissioner.
