emissions from Rozelle Goods Yard
Dear Roads and Maritime Services,
Please provide documents in any form relating to any emissions or gas leaks coming from the Rozelle Goods Yard from beginning of April to the end of May 2017.
Residents living adjacent to the Rozelle Goods Yard could smell extremely noxious odours coming from the site after an area had been excavated in April 2017.

You have not as yet replied to my GIPA request in regard to emissions emanating from Rozelle Goods (rail) Yards in the months April and May 2017.
It has been more than 20 days, in fact it has been over a month since my request.
Why the delay and why has there been a failure to comply with my request? There should have been a prompt response as normally required by law.
