I am requesting access to information under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI)

I request access to the entire file(s) listed below or anything from electronic harassment and/or technology being utilised on myself, of which personal details are listed below;

1. Remote Neural Monitoring
2. Electronic psychotronic eeg-elf waves via satellite technology to manipulate and harass via brain waves and/or human nervous system
3. Any and all electronic, internet and/or hard copy based surveillance files/documents

I'd like electronic and hard copy documents sent to the below please;
