Dear Joe,
I refer to your email below in which you sought access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
I confirm a valid request was received on 23 July 2014 and the statutory period for processing your request commenced from that date.
I will email you shortly advising whether charges will be imposed and provide you with a preliminary assessment of the charges for processing your request. If the estimated charges exceed $100, a deposit of 25% will be sought. For estimated charges less than $100, a deposit of $20 will be sought. You should note that work will not commence on your application until the deposit has been paid.
When the matter is finalised a decision letter and final account will be sent to you. This final account will be based on actual time spent on search and retrieval, vetting and decision making in relation to your request and is payable whether or not any documents are released.
I hope to be able to advise you of our decision on your request in the near future. Should you have any queries regarding the progress of your request, please contact myself on the below details or Stephen White on 02 6222 4259 or email to [ASADA request email].
Kind regards,
Alexie

Dear Joe
I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth)
(FOI Act) dated 23 July 2014 and the Practical Refusal Notice sent to you
from ASADA on 14 August 2014.
In that Notice you were notified that a ‘practical refusal reason’ existed
in relation to the processing of your FOI request. As such, ASADA invited
you to consult with us in order to revise your request so to make it more
manageable for ASADA to process. We outlined that under section 24AB of
the FOI Act, you had 14 days to respond to the Notice. Those 14 days have
now passed and we have not received any correspondence from you. As such,
under subsection 24AB(7) of the FOI Act your request is now taken to have
been withdrawn.
If you wish to discuss this further, please contact me on the below
details.
Kind regards
Alexie

Jo,
All these documents are already collated by ASADA for the Federal Court case. there is no burden to find them.
