Easements
Dear Blacktown City Council,
Could you please advise how far off an easement you can build a structure like a deck or pool?

In general, no building is permitted to encroach upon easement's. Structures approved by Council may be constructed up to the easement, depending on the footings being piered down below the pipe within the easement and type of easement in question.
Should you require any further information regarding this matter it would be best to hold a discussion on 9839 6000.
