DVA records relating to In 'ABX’ and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (Freedom of information) [2022] AICmr 57 (29 July 2022)
Dear Department of Veterans' Affairs,
I request copy of documents held by the Department of Veterans' Affairs that refer to 'ABX’ and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (Freedom of information) [2022] AICmr 57 (29 July 2022) http://www.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/viewdo... and MR18/00907.
Scope to be limited to the period 15 July 2022 to 5 July 2022.
Was the Secretary briefed on the adverse finding made DVA had wrongly issued charges notices that did not reflect any true reflection of the time DVA had claimed the time to produce that foi, and had issued the charges notice to attempt to delay or discourage access incurring a net financial cost to the Commonwealth? If so, that is a document in scope.
I do not agree to any s 22 exemption or any s 15AA extension.
I do not agree to vary the scope of my foi if a practical refusal consultation is intended and oppose any s 15AB extension because the scope of this foi is discrete and limited.
Ciao
Julie

I seek internal review on LEX 51147.
