Draw number and lotto machine unique identifer codes
Dear Lotterywest,
I would like a table correlating all lotterywest draw numbers with the unique machine ID code for the machine used to select the lotto numbers for that draw.

Thank you for your email dated 22 February 2017. I apologise for the delay
in response.
Saturday, Monday and Wednesday Lotto, Powerball, OZ Lotto and Super66 are
national games drawn in Queensland. The results for these games are drawn
from a barrel.
Set for Life is a national game and is conducted using a regulated random
number generator administered by the Lott in Queensland.
Cash 3 is drawn by a regulated random number generator in Western
Australia.
All lottery draws are supervised by Government Officials according to
strict regulatory guidelines.
Please contact the Lott in Queensland for more information regarding draws
for the national games. Their contact details can be found on their

The information that Lotter West has sent to the applicant is not what he asked for but it is information that might be important if the applicant wants to make his request clear (and valid). The request is not yet a valid FOI request because the applicant has not paid the application fee for FOI in the Australian state of Western Australia.
Probably the agency should have explained how to make a valid request but also, a single request to this agency is not likely to answer all the questions the applicant has.
