In reply to your recent enquiry re: the following

"I note that the documents provided under my request did not include the
permits issued to Griffith Council to kill kangaroos at Griffith Golf Club
and Jockey Club nor is there any application forms to the department on
behalf of the council requesting permits to kill kangaroos nor were the
returns detailing the number of kangaroos killed under the permit which
are required to be issued by the licensee provided to me.
Could you please provide these documents or provide explanation as to why
they were not provided."

As stated in my email to you on 13 December 2016 (refer to below), should
you seek further  information that Council may hold you are required to
complete the GIPA Application form and submit to Council with the GIPA
Application fee of $30 (form attached).
