Documents relating to Shanes Park transfer
Dear NSW Office of Environment and Heritage,
We are seeking documents referred to in discussions between community representatives and the OEH on 27th October 2017.
These documents relate to the property Lot 1 DP 447543 known as 'Shanes Park' located at Shanes Park, NSW and it's proposed transfer to the NPWS estate as a condition of the Western Sydney Growth Centres Strategic Approval.
The documents as referred to by staff are:
- draft conservation management agreement (undated)
- draft management guidelines (undated)
- Deed of Agreement (2011) with Federal government for transfer of the property
