This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, University of Tasmania Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear University of Tasmania Council,

I wish to obtain documentation from the Australian Maritime College regarding failures in the security of their Amateur Radio Assessment system.

I understand that there is at least one recent case and one historical case and it is possible that appropriate actions by the University have not been followed

Yours faithfully,

Dear University of Tasmania Council,

It is my understanding that by law you should have responded to my request by August 23rd 2022.

I have had a communication from you saying that an officer has been allocated but nothing more substantive.

When can I expect an outcome?

Yours faithfully,

Andrew Smith (Dr)
