Dear Margarita,
Andrew Rice has contacted me directly about the document verification service and is arranging a briefing about our questions.
I would like to put the Freedom of Information request on hold until after the meeting. Once I have a better picture of what changes in the Document Verification Service have been made, I can better refine the request to save both ourselves and the department valuable time.
Yours sincerely,
Simon Frew
