Dear Ms Gilbert
I refer to your below email to the Department for Education, Customers
inbox, and received on 11 November 2022. You have requested to be provided
with replacement court orders which you stated you have misplaced.
The Department for Education does not make or issue court orders, or issue
replacement court orders. If the orders you seek were issued by a South
Australian court, you will need to liaise direct with the Courts
Administration Authority (CAA) and ask whether they can assist with your
request. Contact details for the CAA are available [1]online.
Your email dated 11 November 2022
It is noted that you have titled your email ‘Freedom of information
request’. Please be advised that your email is not a valid freedom of
information (FOI) application, and it will not be progressed further.
Your email dated 10 February 2022
We note that you made this same request to the department on 10 February
2022, which you also stated was an FOI application. Also on 10 February
2022, you attempted to lodge an FOI application for internal review. Your
two emails are attached.
In a response to you dated 11 February 2022, this office explained that
your emails were not valid applications. Advice was provided to you as
regards correct FOI process. A copy of our response to you is attached.
All the advice provided in it still applies.
The Department for Education is unable to assist you further with your
request for replacement court orders.
