Thank you for your enquiry to Roads and Maritime Services about 
Government Information (Public Access) requesting a detailed
organisation chart of RMS.
 
Information on how to apply an Access Application under the
Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) can be
viewed under the following link:

Please review the TfNSW website information prior to making an
application.

There is an application fee of $30, which can pay by credit card,
cheque or money order. Alternatively, you can make the payment at a
local Motor Registry or Service NSW office.
 
Please find attached the ‘Access application form’ and ‘Credit card
authority form’ for your information.
