The Email address provided by the Department is enquiries@classification.gov.au

Are the notes such as 6-9 of https://www.communications.gov.au/sites/... also available for free?

I contacted them more than a year ago via http://www.classification.gov.au/About/P... and part of their reply on September 25, 2017 was "the Director of the Classification Board can approve the provision of these reports. Please provide a reason and justification for the Director to consider."

I gave them reasons to consider but didn't get the requested documents.

I contacted them before via http://www.classification.gov.au/Pages/C... . The link I provided before goes to another page.

Hi

I have discussed your request with them and they are expecting to receive the request so I think it's unlikely that will happen. If you have any difficulty please contact me on 02 6271 1219 or the email address foi(at)communications.gov.au and we will be able to sort it out very quickly.

Re your other request, please ask them directly for the fastest answer via the email Ben Fairless has posted to this page, if that is unsuccessful you're welcome to contact me re a potential foi request.

Regards

Melissa

It is possible to use our site for FOI - All we do is email the request to the FOI officer in any event.

Very poor form from the FOI officer in this case.
