Data integrity - NLA Trove website
Dear Sir / Madam representing the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications,
page 4 of the national library aust. corporate plan frames the importance of integrity of public expectations of institutions as "The need for trusted sources of information is critical to our understanding of ourselves and our place in the world. Institutions acting with integrity will maintain the confidence of their users."
as a request under freedom of information act, please supply documentation held, such as emails, correspondence, meeting minutes and reports that illustrate how the nla is assuring citizens that the text correction counts recorded on the trove website are proactively managed to ensure integrity of the tallys accumulated by all users and are not manipulated by users under a flawed system.
Date range 2020 onwards sufficient.
