Damage caused to fence and landscaping in relation to a zero rated lot
Dear Blacktown City Council,
My neighbour and I have a zero rated lot in Melonba.
My house has been built and I have erected a fence to secure my boundary and landscaped my gardens.
My neighbour is threatening to demolish my side fence (which I paid for in full as the neighbour's block was vacant) and cause damage to my advance/established plants in order to have his house built to the boundary.
Who is responsible to reinstate the fence and make good any damage to my landscaping/property?
Yours faithfully,
Ann Lal
