Dear Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation,

According to the ComSuper website they have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place with the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation.

Under FOI I request a copy of all of the Service Level Agreements that the CSC has in place with ComSuper.

Dear Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation,

Accoring to the FOI Act, section 15:

(5) On receiving a request, the agency or Minister must:

(a) as soon as practicable but in any case not later than 14 days after the day on which the request is received by or on behalf of the agency or Minister, take all reasonable steps to enable the applicant to be notified that the request has been received.

14 days has elapsed since I submitted my request and I have not received notification from you that my request has been received. Please provide this and also indicate whether you will be providing me with a decision within 30 days as required by 15.5(b)?

...(b) as soon as practicable but in any case not later than the end of the period of 30 days after the day on which the request is received by or on behalf of the agency or Minister, take all reasonable steps to enable the applicant to be notified of a decision on the request (including a decision under section 21 to defer the provision of access to a document)

I note that the documents appear to be dated from 2011, despite there being a reference to annual reviews of these documents. Can you please confirm that these are the current SLAs?
