I write as the Freedom of Information officer for City West Water
Corporation.
Based on your email below, you are requesting information from City West
Water under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the Act).
For a request to be valid, the Act requires the payment of an application
fee, currently $27.20.
To commence a search for documents, could a cheque or money order payable
to City West Water for $27.20 be forwarded to the mailing address noted
below.
In anticipation of the application fee being paid, I will require some
clarification of the request below.
I assume the words “land at St Albans Rd” is referring to the City West
Water property at 247-251 St Albans Road, Sunshine North? (not any other
land in St Albans Rd)
I also interpret the phrase “current status of land” to mean (in part)
this property’s planning and zoning status.
If this is so, then contact with the relevant State planning department
would be recommended, via the following link

In addition, the property is currently subject to a Brimbank Planning
Scheme Amendment C143, which has recently been approved by the Planning
Minister, with gazettal on 16 July 2015 .
