Cubic Corporation's maintenance and overhaul of Defence High Frequency Communications Systems.
Dear Department of Defence,
I am making a Freedom Of Information request. In THIS request there are two things I require:
(1) Documents and information relating to Cubic Corporations involvement in, 'maintenance repair and overhaul services in Townsville, Australia for the Defence High Frequency Communications System (DHFCS). This request is for information which will explain what role exactly Cubic Corporation, an international corporation focussed on 'defence', (the same corporation that also manages the public transport of major cities including Sydney and Brisbane) is partaking in, in regards to its overhaul of The Australian Army's Defence High Frequency Communications System, as well as other areas of communication which has been overhauled by Cubic Corporation. Also, any documents and information regarding the Cubic supplied 8-kilowatt HF transmitters in 2015 to Boeing for use in Australia.
(2) The second Freedom of Information request to The Department of Defence is for documents and informaton relating to The Australian Defence Forces use, and understanding of 'psychotronic' warfare, which may be named other by Defence, but relates to the use of electromagnetic energy; particularly low frequency acoustics as means of warfare. Such weapons are documented and in use by armies around the world, where use of such weaponry is quite well known, this request is for information The Australian Defence Force has in regards to such weaponry and means of warfare which may exist in Australia. (Low frequency in particular, but also all spectrums of the electromagnetic spectrum as means of anti-personel weaponry)
Yours faithfully,
Jessica Smith
