CSC and ComSuper merger
Dear Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation,
In light of the Treasurer's announcement this week about the merger of CSC and ComSuper, under FOI I request a copy of the following:
1. All correspondence between the CSC and ComSuper related to the merger - including correspondence between individuals in CSC and ComSuper, as well as the Board (and members of the Board) of the CSC and ComSuper;
2. All correspondence between the CSC and the Department of Finance related to the merger - including correspondence between individuals in CSC and Department of Finance, as well as the Board (and members of the Board) of the CSC and Department of Finance;
3. All correspondence between the CSC and the Department of Defence related to the merger - including correspondence between individuals in CSC and Department of Defence, as well as the Board (and members of the Board) of the CSC and Department of Defence; and
4. All internal correspondence between persons within the CSC related to the merger - including correspondence between individuals in CSC and the Board (and members of the Board).
To make this request more manageable, I am only after the correspondence that meets these criterion for the period 1 April 2014 and today's date.

Dear Secretary CSC,
Thank you for this information, however I am surprised by how few documents you have identified as falling within the scope of this request.
Can you confirm that there was no correspondence between the CSC and Dept of Finance, or CSC and Dept of Defence, that falls within the scope of my original request?
I find it staggering the Dept of Finance didn't have any correspondence with the CSC about the merger.
