COVID and air quality
Dear Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure,
Re: Application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009
I request access to the following documents for the period March 2020 to present:
All reports and assessments regarding:
Ventilation audits of government buildings where COVID-19 transmission occurred
HVAC system reviews following workplace outbreaks
Air quality assessments of public buildings with confirmed transmission
All documentation containing:
Engineering reports on ventilation standards in government workplaces
Measurements of air quality in buildings with outbreaks
Recommendations for ventilation improvements post-outbreak

Good morning Rob,
Property and Development NSW have advised that the information you have requested cannot be released informally. If you wish to lodge a formal GIPA request you can do so via this online application form - https://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/gipaa....
Property and Development NSW also advised that they do not hold the requested information for leased premises. They only hold the information relating to properties owned by NSW government.
