Dear ACT Law Courts And Tribunal Administration,
i appreciate your response, however, it is obscure and lacks clarity as it is missing the original question(s) and background as well as the context of Court prescribed forms. i require the full text to be included in your response so there is absolute clarity in your response (original text is included below):

OFFICIAL
Dear Shaun
Thank you for your email regarding the ACT Courts and Tribunal response to your recent FOI requests.
The dictionary section of the 'ACT Legislation Act 2001', available on the ACT Legislation Register at www.legislation.act.gov.au , states 'individual means a natural person'. Therefore all prescribed forms applicable to the ACT Courts and Tribunal are relevant to individuals such as yourself. Information about court processes is available at www.courts.act.gov.au . I note your emails about court processes do not seek any documents under FOI.
Thank you for your email.
Kind regards
Tony | FOI Coordinator
