It appears you are seeking information as distinct from documents. If you are seeking access to documents. You would need to identify with more specificity what they are (I note that if a change process requires one, CASA publishes regulatory impact statements on its website).

Dear Civil Aviation Safety Authority,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Civil Aviation Safety Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Cost of development of Part 61 by CASA since 1999'.
A review is requested, as CASA have not answered my request at all as the data I seek is simply as to the costs of the Part 61 promulgation.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/c...
Yours faithfully,
Rob Cumming

I refer to your email below.
On 8 July 2016, I responded to your email of 7 July 2016 (which sought
detail of costs associated with the promulgation of Part 61 by CASA etc),
advising:
It appears you are seeking information as distinct from documents. If you
are seeking access to documents you would need to identify with more
specificity what they are (I note that if a change process requires one,
CASA publishes regulatory impact statements on its website).
You did not respond to my email.
I do not consider I have made a decision pursuant to the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), from which you can now seek review. I also
do not consider that your email of 7 July was a request for access to
documents properly made under the FOI Act. I note section 15(2)(b) of the
FOI Act states that any request for access to a document must provide such
information concerning the document as is reasonably necessary to enable a
responsible officer of the agency, or the Minister, to identify it. I do
not consider your request provided such information. On this basis, I do
not consider that it can be taken there has been a deemed refusal to grant
access to documents.

I refer to your email below.
I assume this is meant to now be a separate communication to that sent by
you on 7 July 2016. If so, I again repeat the comments I made to you in
my email of 8 July (I also note your email refers to projects "listed
below", but there is nothing listed).
In the event you are seeking information about costs (and it is not clear
what type of costs you are referring to), please advise if you would like
me to pass on your request for information to CASA's Government and
Corporate Relations branch.
