Cost estimates of pre and post Opal ticketing management
Dear Transport for NSW,
Could you please send through any documents from the last three months relating to the cost difference between ticketing before Opal (including costs of machine upkeep at stations and ticket booths) and ticketing with Opal.
If possible, please treat this as an administrative/informal request. Otherwise please proceed with my request as a formal information request under the Act.
