The document I seek is a copy of correspondence from the Auditor General or the ANAO dated 15 September 2010 to the Treasurer.

We understand that you mean to refer to the letter from ANAO to the Treasurer dated 15 September 2020, as per the reference to such a letter at the Standing Committee on Economics on 23 October 2020. If that is the case, I can advise that this correspondence was tabled by Senator the Hon Mathias Cormann at Budget Estimates on 26 October 2020.
