Copy of the Nuremberg Code in the possession of the Fair Work Ombudsman
Dear Fair Work Ombudsman,
There are no COVID-19 'vaccines' approved by the USA FDA or by the Australian TGA.
In the USA so-called COVID-19 'vaccines' have been given Emergency Use Authorisation and in Australia the TGA has granted provisional approval only.
In the provisional approval for the Pfizer "vaccine" granted on 25 January 2021 the following is stated:
"COMIRNATY has been shown to prevent COVID-19 however it is not yet known whether it prevents transmission or asymptomatic disease."
That is the Pfizer "vaccine" may reduce symptoms but does not provide "sterilising Immunity" (ie does not kill the SARS-CoV-2 virus).
Therefore "fully vaccinated" people can still transmit the SARS-CoV-2 virus to others in the workplace.
This makes a nonsense of calls for mandatory vaccinations in the workplace.
Furthermore, any person who receives "the jab" is taking part in clinical trials with EXPERIMENTAL vaccines which have not been tested on animals in breach of The Nuremberg Code.
The Nuremberg Code also requires the fully informed consent of persons taking part in clinical trials, which prevents mandating forced vaccinations.
The document I seek is a copy of The Nuremberg Code in the possession of the Fair Work Ombudsman.

I am writing to request an internal review of Fair Work Ombudsman's handling of my FOI request 'Copy of the Nuremberg Code in the possession of the Fair Work Ombudsman'.
The Nuremberg Code is available on the internet, but has the Fair Work Ombudsman have a copy in its possession?
The FOI officer may have conducted an internet search, but has the Fair Work Ombudsman have a copy in its files?
This will be a key legal issue if employees die or are maimed if their employer forces them to be "Jabbed" as part of a medical experiment with "vaccines" that have not been fully approved or tested on animals in contravention of The Nuremberg Code.
"Vaccines" where death is an established "side effect".
So-called "COVID-19 Vaccines" do not provide "Steralising Immunity" as does the Measles vaccine for example, where the vaccine kills the virus. These "Leaky Vacines" only reduce the symptoms in some people.
Therefore even "Fully Vaccinated" employees can still transmit the SARS-CoV-2 virus to other employees and customers.
Therefore it is not "fair and reasonable" for employers to sack employees who refuse to take part in medical trials before animal trials have been completed - a process that takes several years.
