Copy of Mayor's letter to Greater Sydney Commission to ask if Lane Cove can be saved from development of an excessive development is approved in South St Leonards
Dear Lane Cove Municipal Council,
I have previously submitted a GIPA to ask for a copy of the letter from the Mayor to the Greater Sydney Commission asking if the South St Leonards Development would meet all of the LGA's housing targets.
I received a call from the Council to ask if the request could be considered informal. I said that was OK so long as it meant I would still receive a copy of the letter. The caller said that my $30 fee would be refunded.
I have not received a copy of that letter, nor the refund.
