I refer to your email dated 28^th July 2024, and received by UTS on 29^th
July 2024, sent via the Right to Know website.

You have referred to the entry on our UTS Disclosure Log, for GIPA2029/10,
relating to the discontinuation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine course
at UTS. The release set of information was very large and we were not able
to provide access online at that time.

As access application is not required to access the released set of
information for GIPA2019/10. Given the size, we need to discuss the best
approach to provide this to you. Please contact our right to information

Under s. 6(2) of GIPA Act requires all open access information is to be
made publicly available free of charge.

And under s.6(4) An agency must facilitate public access to open access
information contained in a record

I am referring to the below item in the UTS Disclosure log:

GIPA2019/10. Decided 22/10/2019. Description: Information about the
discontinuation of the Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, between
1/1/2018-24/7/2019. Refer any requests about access to information
released under this application to the Right to Information Contact
Officer).

Please provide the copy of the record involving GIPA2019/10 including it's
handling.

I believe as an user of the platform - but do not officially speak behalf
of - stores it automatically in electronic public record for free under
the non-profit Open Australia Foundation - that I believe is classified as
public library under Australian Charities code.

Alternatively I could visit at UTS and take a copy myself or we can figure
out an address to post it to perhaps - which ever would be convenient.

Looking forward to your response - my preference and to save cost would be
electronic upload if possible. Thank you.
