Copies of leave approvals for Tminus Accelerator Pty Ltd
Dear Department of Industry, Innovation and Science,
- This application is in regards to the following contract:
https://www.tenders.gov.au/Cn/Show/8cb79...
I am seeking documents containing formal approvals by duly authorised department officers for all periods of leave under the contract.
The approvals should at the very least contain the name of the officer who approved the leave request, the time-period approved, and the date of approval.
These will typically be filed in a HR system (as opposed to passing comments in email correspondence).
Please do not remove the names of any APS employees.
Kind regards,
Denis Jakota
Dear FOI team,
I appreciate that you are overworked given the number of requests on the Right to Know platform.
I kindly request that you confirm receipt of this FOI request and provide an explanation in brief as to (a) why it was not acknowledged and (b) why is it deemed refused?
Kind regards,
Denis Jakota

Dear FOI team,
No email correspondence is required unless it somehow happens to be the only record of approval thanks.
Also, feel free to redact everything but the requested information to simplify matters and avoid catching irrelevant information that may require additional consultation.
Kind regards,
